Fail-safe, heavy-duty, and extra-large, the Spring Tensioner is specifically designed to keep aerial cable lines taut at all times. Eliminates drag, slack, and drooping due to weather, dog activity, and temperature by exerting 20lbs force per inch. Adding a line tensioner also creates a safety function for low hanging lines for unsuspecting passersby on foot, scooter, or bicycle.
The Spring allows the system some flexibility to move in the natural word, which reduces the stress on the other component parts, such as the Turnbuckles, Anchor Straps, and alternate eye screw hardware. Weather can exacerbate this natural stress by swaying thinner trees, which you may have selected as anchor points, in even moderate wind.
Essential for lines over 100ft and included on all RoverRoamer cable systems, the Spring Tensioner is ideal for any outdoor or indoor, professional or homemade cable system. For cable lengths over 200ft, use two Spring Tensioners, one of each end or in parallel if twice the force is needed.

Once you have set up the first anchor point, attach the Spring Tensioner to the strap D-ring via the carabiner, then attach the Turnbuckle to the other side.
